I had a fantastic experience at Dental Group of South Florida! The staff was welcoming and professional. The front desk was efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel comfortable throughout. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, but they made it a stress-free experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!
I’ve been a patient here for a few yr I’m 22 years old , but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went in for a routine filling, and as with previous visits, I noticed that my bite felt off. I tried to communicate this to the dentist multiple times, simply expressing that I felt discomfort—something any patient should feel safe to say.Instead of listening with care or professionalism, the dentist and assistant exchanged looks, seemed visibly annoyed, and the dentist became defensive. I was still numb, yes—but not numb enough to not feel the unevenness or slight pain. I never claimed to know what needed to be done—I was just trying to communicate what I felt in my own mouth, which is something I live with every day.What shocked me most was the dentist’s response: she told me, “I’m not your mother” I wasn’t sure why she was belittling and talking down in a way etc but after I said I will not accept that attitude from her cause at the end of the day I’m the patient. That was deeply out of line and completely inappropriate. She doesn’t know anything about my personal life, nor should she ever speak to a patient that way. I came in to be cared for, not spoken down to.Whether it was a language barrier or just a lack of professionalism, the way I was treated today was dysfunctional and unacceptable. Patients deserve to be heard, not mocked or dismissed for expressing discomfort. I will not be returning, and I hope others take this into account before choosing this office.
The staff is very nice. I have always been afraid of the dentist and I feel that the doctor and assistant really make you feel well taken care of. I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received. They are very knowledgeable and I feel that they take their time to make sure everything is perfect.

I went for my cleaning that great and after they started my work in my crown, it was great!! that way I did not had to wait for another appointment.....I will recommed highly the office as the administrative personnel and tyhe dental one are Excellent!!
The office staff was cordial and pleasant. The doctor reviewed the evaluation very clearly.I was very happy that they were able to fit me in to have a cleaning the same day. Overall, the cleanliness was good and everyone appeared to work well together.

My 3 boy first visit was very quick and the girls/guys in the office were very sweet and treated my boys with kindness. Office was very clean. The dental hygienist was very sweet and explained everything to the boys and would always ask if they were ok. The Dentist was very professional and kind.

I did not appreciate getting there on time to my appointment, to be skipped. I came very close to leaving the office after waiting 50 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I run my own company, the simplest and courteous thing to do, is keep the customer well informed. Not sitting waiting in limbo, after 30 minutes the girl that just walked in got called prior to me. That did not sit well with me. Maybe there was a justification to the matter but I did not receive any comforting words as to why I was still waiting. The staff was nice and informative and the doctor seemed knowledgeable. I will return for my next scheduled visit, hopefully with a new outcome.

It would be great if they would see you at your scheduled appointment time and not 40 minutes later. I would also like to speak with an English speaking dentist. This is important work being done and I need clear communication. The reception and customer service is good.
Very dis organization with no value of the patient time and appointments. Different Doctors never know whats going on with many appointments with no service .Canceled appointments with severe pain and discomfort no concern from staff with your well being , just billing and making money

I had a positive experience with this office, staff and assistants. I was seen in a timely manner and treated gently while getting my teeth cleaned and was given helpful information. Really appreciate the mini gift size toothpaste as a suggestion for healthy gums and clean teeth.

There’re no words to express my experience since the first day I walked in. The entire office staff, management and the Doctor are amazing, professional, loving and caring for their patients. I have moved to West Palm Beach and I will drive 2 hours to my appointments just because they treat me like family. There’s nothing more important for the patient than the personal touch in a medical office, where they take their time with you to explain what they’re doing to make you feel comfortable. That and for many more reasons I Love going to my Dental Group Of South Florida. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.
Do not go here!!! I was charged for a filling that they never even filled. Then when I went back to fix another tooth they told me that I need a filling in the tooth that was never filled. They were about to charge me again when I told them that I paid for it already last time, so that’s when they finally filled it. Just very unorganized and the wait times are ridiculous. They also told me after waiting a month for an appointment that they no longer take my insurance and cancelled my appointment. Save yourself and your teeth and find a better dentist.

Everyone courteous and professional, on time, very friendly, and the 3 that took care of me yesterday, very thorough in my cleaning, and who took my xrays had a very soft pain free xray! The Dr. Always great!

This was my fist visit as a new patient and with just the way that they Greeted me and did the xrays and addressed my primary concerns made the visit such a positive experience. They even explained my treatment plan very well. I can honestly say I’m looking forward to my next visit.
The Group has excellent professionals, had the chance to experience bone implant surgery which was done to the highest standards. More typical needs were done by very capable hygienists.Prices are reasonable and they work very well with my insurance.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years now and I would not go anywhere else, even when it’s miles away from my house. The dentists, especially my dentist and the owner Dr Alvarez is efficient, professional and very kind. Her staff is a reflection of her. The appointment times are respected and the option for Care Credit is given to you. This is great since most people do not have the best dental insurance. The equipment is modern. Cutting edge technology is used to accommodate your needs. Also, don’t worry. Everyone speaks English. Maria E Matos

My son has been a patient for many years, but on my last visit I did not like the treatment of the manager and the male receptionist is not acceptable. they are rude and disrespectful
I was very pĺeased with the service that my son amd i received on our visit at your offiçe the ladies werè very kind, the lady who did the cleaning on my sons teeth was very patient and gentle she explained everything that she was doing to him and she made sure that he was comfortable at all times when i got home i applauded the services that we had received and i cant wait to visit your office again
Had a deep cleaning and 2 extractions, over 5 visits. Nice staff and was always seen promptly. Probably the best dentist experience I have ever had, really.
Checked with my ins and went to this place, they dis xrays and such, it was determined that i needed and extraction (im in pain) they schedule me for 6 weeks out for the surgery because the insurance can take up to 3 weeks for approval, mind you, im in pain, then gave me a photocopy on a prescription, which the farmacy pf course would not accept, 3 weeks later i call my insurance to see if i can get rhe process sped up since the pain continues to get worse, to find out that they submited the bill for the xray, but not for the approval of the extraction..., and to make matters worse now im stuck with the bill of tge visit because the Dr that saw me in this office isnt affiliated with my insurance... AVOID A HEADACHE AND DONT GO HERE, now i got to start from scratch with all this.

I came to the office with an emergency broken tooth. They carried my insurance and let me in right for x-ray and I will do a root canal. Front desk very and very pleasant atmosphere.

I had no appointment but I went there last Monday and I waited about five minutes and the staff was very helpful and explained everything and I’m so satisfied with their service.
I came in the dentist office with my teeth all messed up, I didn’t want to smile because I didn’t like my teeth but once they finished I just couldn’t stop smiling:) they honestly work so great as a team and now I can finally smile like I’ve always wanted 😁I give many thanks and blessings to them making me have a beautiful smile.

I need to get a tooth extracted but had to wait until the one dentist who does extractions was available. I confirmed my appointment but had to confirm it on numerous occasions. I missed their last phone call to confirm on the day of my appointment and they canceled it.

Not a fan of this dentist me and my small children did not feel welcome I brought them in for a regular cleaning and they did not receive a cleaning just a X-ray we had an appointment for 3:30 did not see the doctor til 4:20

Well, I want to let you know that in my experience at Dental Group, the service was very good, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the waiting room was clean and organized. I felt good with the dentists patience, the clarity of the explanations about the treatment and the comfort of the dental chair. The speed with which they treated you when making the appointment was really good.
It was a good initial experience. Friendly attention, good atmosphere and friendly and respectful treatment. The doctor explained in detail the procedure to be performed on the next visit.

Very bad opinion of this place. I saw that this man, the manager, if you can call him that, responds to all the comments because thats what he does instead of doing his job. You said there to someone that they should compare reviews 3 and 4 without any basis. I do have a basis to tell you and your employees that you are scammers and compare prices as you say. I have done it, and believe me, fourth-rate manager, there are better places than this. You and your employees charged my card without even having my teeth pulled. So stop responding to comments and fattening that belly of yours and DO IT YOUR JOB.
They are the worst, I dont know how there are rams here who have thought that they are the best, my daughter was charged 500 for a dental cleaning, I have been to other dentists and they have told me that that was too much and without removing her wisdom teeth, without knowing if she was going to remove the 4 wisdom teeth, they charged her 2000 from her credit card without doing anything. You cant charge something in advance without doing a service, luckily I went and they refunded my money. My opinion DO NOT GO THERE. Wherever I go I am going to say that they are SHAMELESS and OPURTUNIST and my reviews wherever they are will be the worst.

Very happy with your service, I went with my baby because I had no one to take care of her and while they helped me a lot with my baby, the girls who work there were very kind and affectionate. It should be noted that almost nowhere else are they so helpful and attentive to their clients. And above all, very professional, here my husband, son and I serve each other and we are very pleased with their service. Thank you very much. I recommend them 100%.
